Groups, News and Projects

We are always looking to extend, learn, and be a part of the community we live in. Below are some of the projects, news, and community groups we are involved in.

Pito-One Harmony Singers is a free community group for people or family who are living with, or supporting someone with cognitive memory loss or dementia.

"Come join us fortnightly on a Friday afternoon from 2:30 till 4pm for Tea, bikkies and fun singing, no experience needed"!

In 2017 Dementia Wellington (then Alzheimer's Wellington) commissioned music therapist, Rani Allan to work with seven participants on a pilot study. Watch this short video to see more...
